Quick Reset (Most Common Method) #
If you’re logged out and can’t remember your password:
1. Head to the Member Login page.
2. Click “Forgot Password?” below the login form (also linked in the upper-right corner of your browser right now)
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Click “Reset Password”
5. Check your email for a password reset link (check spam folder if needed)
6. Click the link in the email
7. Enter your new password twice to confirm
8. Click “Save Password”. You’ll be automatically logged in with your new password.
If You’re Currently Logged In #
To change your password while logged in:
1. Click on “My Account” in the top menu
2. Select “Edit Profile” or “Account Settings”
3. Look for the “Change Password” section
4. Enter your current password
5. Enter your new password twice
6. Click “Update Password”
Troubleshooting Common Issues #
I’m not receiving the reset email
Check these first:
– Spam/Junk folder – Reset emails sometimes end up there
– Email address – Make sure you’re using the exact email you registered with
– Wait 5-10 minutes – Sometimes there’s a delay
If you still don’t receive it: Try the reset process again, or Contact support with the email address you’re trying to reset
The reset link isn’t working
Common causes:
– Link expired – Reset links are only valid for 24 hours
– Already used – Each reset link can only be used once
– Browser issues – Try copying and pasting the full link
Solution: Request a new password reset email
I don’t remember which email I used
Try these emails:
– Your primary personal email
– Any work emails you might have used
– Check old confirmation emails from Tech Trader

Password Requirements #
Your new password must:
– Be at least 8 characters long
– Contain at least one number
– Contain at least one uppercase letter
– Contain at least one lowercase letter
Pro tip: Use a strong, unique password and consider using a password manager.
Mobile App Password Reset #
If you’re using the Tech Trader mobile app:
1. Open the app
2. Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen
3. Enter your email address
4. Follow the same steps as above
5. Once reset, log into the app with your new password
Security Tips #
– Don’t share your password with anyone
– Log out when using shared computers
– Update your password if you think it’s been compromised
