Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy #

The Tech Trader operates on a no-refund policy for all subscription types. This includes monthly, quarterly, and annual memberships. All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.

Why We Don’t Offer Refunds #

We provide a 10-day free trial that does not require credit card information, allowing you to fully explore our service before committing to a paid subscription. This trial period is designed to give you ample time to evaluate whether The Tech Trader meets your needs.

Since you have the opportunity to experience our platform risk-free before subscribing, we do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions or partial subscriptions once they begin.

Cancelling Your Subscription #

While we don’t offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To ensure your cancellation is processed before your next billing cycle, you must provide a minimum 5-day notice prior to your next recurring charge date.

How to Cancel #

Canceling your subscription is simple and can be done directly from your account:

Step 1: Log in to your Tech Trader account

Step 2: Navigate to the Subscriptions tab in your account menu

Step 3: Locate the Actions column on the right side of your subscription details

Step 4: Click the icon or button under Actions

From here, you’ll either be able to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription directly, or you’ll be prompted to complete a cancellation request form that will be processed by our team.

Important Cancellation Timeline #

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must submit your cancellation request at least 5 days before your recurring charge date.

Example: If your monthly subscription renews on the 10th of each month, you must cancel no later than the 5th to avoid the next charge.

If you submit your cancellation after this deadline, your credit card may be charged for the upcoming billing cycle, and this charge is non-refundable.

Annual & Quarterly Subscriptions #

Annual and quarterly subscriptions are paid in advance and receive significant discounts compared to monthly billing. Due to the discounted nature and advance payment structure of these plans, they are strictly non-refundable and subject to the same cancellation notice requirements.

Please note: Cancellation requests submitted via phone or to individual Tech Trader employees do not accomplish cancellation. All cancellations must be processed through your account dashboard as described above.
