All members can manage their subscription from the same place in their account. Depending on your account setup, the buttons you see may look slightly different — both options are normal and fully supported.
Go to your Subscriptions page and follow the option you see #
1. Log into your account
2. In the left-side navigation, click Subscriptions
3. You’ll see your current subscription details
This page is the starting point for all billing-related actions.
Option A: You see an “Update Subscription” button #
If you see an Update Subscription button, you can manage your subscription directly.
From here, you can:
— Update your payment method
— Change or cancel your subscription
— View billing details and invoices
Follow the on-screen steps to complete your update.

Option B: You see a three-dot menu (⋯) under “Actions” #
If you see a ⋯ menu under Actions, billing changes are handled through a secure request form.
1. Click the vertical ⋯ menu
2. Choose the request you need (example: update payment method, cancel, plan change)
3. Submit the form
Our team will process the request and confirm once it’s completed.
Why do some accounts look different?
Many of our long-time members were set up under an earlier billing process that we continue to fully support. There’s nothing you need to change — your billing will continue exactly as it does today unless you request otherwise.
Optional: Enable full self-service billing
If you’d like the ability to make billing changes instantly (without submitting a request form), you can request an optional billing update.
This is not required — it’s simply available if you prefer full self-service.
What to expect
— Nothing changes to your membership access. You’ll continue to have access through your current billing period.
— After we apply the update, you’ll see the self-service billing options in your Subscriptions page.
— On your next renewal, you’ll renew through the Subscriptions page using the integrated checkout.
— After that renewal, you’ll be able to fully self-manage your billing going forward.
How to request full self-service billing
1. Go to Subscriptions in your account
2. Click the ⋯ (Actions) menu
3. Select Request Billing Update (or Enable Self-Service Billing)
4. Submit the form
