Managing your subscription is easy and can be done directly from your account dashboard. Before making any changes, please review the important information below about cancellation timelines and the difference between pausing and canceling.
How Cancel Your Subscription #
Step 1: Log in to your Tech Trader account
Step 2: Click Subscriptions in the left navigation menu

Step 3: Locate the Actions column on the right side of your subscription details
Step 4: Click the icon or button under Actions
Depending on your account type, you will see one of the following screens:
Step 5: Depending on your account setup, you’ll either:
- Be able to select Cancel directly from the menu options (as seen below)

- Or, be prompted to complete a request form that will be processed by our team

Your changes will be processed according to the timeline above, and you’ll receive a confirmation once complete.
Annual & Quarterly Subscriptions #
Annual and quarterly subscriptions are paid in advance and receive significant discounts. These subscriptions are non-refundable but can still be canceled or paused following the same 5-day notice requirement to prevent the next billing cycle.
