What happens after the 10-day trial?
If you do not upgrade or update your billing prior to the end of your trial, you will lose access to the site. You’ll still be able to log in, but will be prompted to upgrade your account to reinstate member access.
If you do not want to subscribe as a paying member, you don’t need to do anything. Your account will still exist so that if you choose to upgrade in the future, you can log back in and update your billing informaton.
How do I upgrade my account?
If you’d like to upgrade your account before your trial period is over, you can manage your subscription by clicking on the link within your account page, “Manage Subscription”. You can also click on the profile icon in the upper right, and select “Manage Account”. If you have any issues, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will I have access to ALL of the site features?
During your trial you will have access to all the different pages within the site, however you will not be able to contribute to the trader chat in Harry’s Trading Room. This is to protect our traders in the community and to prevent any pumping or spamming of our paying members.
Do I need to enter my credit card for the trial?
Nope! We do not require any credit card information to start your free trial. Once your trial is over, you will be prompted to upgrade your account and will lose access to the features of the site. You don’t have to do anything once your trial is over if you no longer want to continue.
